Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport, you will be met by our Herbivores Expeditions representative and transferred to your hotel ready to start your safari in the morning.

Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Catch your flight from Arusha to Serengeti. Upon arrival in Seronera airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your lodge with enroute half day game drive in Serengeti. Overnight at Four Seasons Serengeti

Day 2: Serengeti National Park
06h00 Begin your sunrise safaris and return for late breakfast at 09h00. Full day game drives in Serengeti National Park gets its name from the Maasai word Siringeti meaning endless Plain.
The Serengeti is located along the rift valley and is abound with geological formations. One of Serengeti’s defining features are its Kopjes pronounced copy, a feature of continual weathering.
These islands in the sea of grass are formed as the top soil comprising of rock and ash is eroded exposing the covered layer of metamorphic rock. These exposed rock forms “kopjes” are round as a result of spherical wind weathering. The national park covers an area of 14800 square kilometers most of which is grass plains. These rich grass plains a result of ash deposited by volcanic eruptions, and is home to 3 million animals. Within these grass plains the scattered kopjes act as a heaven for animals from grass fires, predators and the heat. The game drives in this park are exceptional and game viewing incredible. This park offers the best opportunity of viewing Cheetah, Leopards and Lions. Return for dinner and overnight at Four-Season Serengeti Safari Lodge –Horizon room-upper level with a view the watering hole that is close to the lobby.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Look for wildlife in the heart of the vast savannah of the Serengeti today, depart for full day game driver, Sightings might includes lion, leopard, hyena, hippo, buffalo, giraffe, elephant and cheetah. When the Sunset points the sky in the evening, enjoy the show from the luxury of your lodge in Serengeti.Overnight at Four Seasons Serengeti.

Day 4: Back to Arusha and Journey Home
Early start today for an early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light or breakfast at the lodge, and morning go on your final game drive in Serengeti Plains Keep your eyes open for any elusive wildlife that you may not have seen, transfer to Seronela Airstrip in time for Check in (Luggage free weight each person is 33 LBS & 11 LBS on Hand bag), and Schedule flight to Arusha Airport. REGIONAL AIR flights depart Seronela Airstrip at 10: 00 AM and arrive at Arusha Airport at 11: 30 AM.
On your arrival at Arusha Airport you will be Meet and greet with your Herbivores Expeditions representative, he will drive you the short distance for a fare well deserved Lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Here you will have a variety of English – African taste meals with soft drinks & juices. After lunch we transfer back you to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for check in for departure flight.
