Thorn Tree Tented Camp

Located in Seronera, Serengeti, this tented camp is permanent all year round. ThornTree camp is a classic tented safari camp situated close to the Seronera airstrip (15 minutes drive) and the visitors centre. Banagi Hill and the classic plains of the Serengeti provide for great viewing pleasure from the camp. The camp consists of a dining tent, lounge area with bar, private rooms with their own verandas and en-suite bathrooms with flush toilets. The rooms are decorated and furnished to provide comfort and convenience to guests. The entire camp runs on solar power ensuring that hot water is available when needed.

Serengeti Kati Kati Camp

This small and intimate mobile camp is located in the centre of Serengeti. The camp is not permanent and is made up of a number of luxury tents. The camp has been designed to be environmentally friendly in that it causes minimum impact to the area. If you are environmentally conscious this is a great choice for you.

The luxury tents include ensuite showers, flushing toilet facilities and your own personal veranda for game viewing. The camp is simple, comfortable and affordable. It is located close to the Olduvai Museum and the Grummet river. This is an excellent choice for immersing yourself amongst nature.

Lemala Ewanjan Camp

This intimate camp is tucked away in the game-rich area of Seronera, a zone through which the annual wildebeest migration passes through. The area is also known for its many big cats as well as other game which ensures great game viewing. This authentic tented camp offers the best of Tanzanian hospitality. Each tented room is spacious, comfortable and has its own ensuite bathroom as well as its own verandah. Outside loungers provide the perfect place to view sunrises and sunsets whilst enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. The camp is run on solar power making it an excellent eco-friendly choice.

Ole Serai Luxury Camp

If luxury in the wild is what you are looking for Ole Serai Camp has it all. This camp is set in one of the prime areas of the Serengeti along one of the main paths of the great migration. Acacia trees and Tortilis trees give character to the surrounding area. Wildlife is visible close to the camp throughout the year.

The camp is strategically located the northern (Kogatende) area of Serengeti National Park .

Four Seasons Safari Lodge

Located in central Serengeti the Four Seasons Safari Lodge is perched on a series of elevated platforms and walkways, and sits next to an animal watering hole. The watering hole can also be viewed from some of the rooms. The rest of the rooms that don’t offer the waterhole view offer astounding views of the Serengeti. The interior is decorated with local textiles and artwork. The rooms feature four-poster beds with mosquito netting and elevated, open-air sundecks help keep you in constant touch with the Serengeti. Despite being in the wild the lodge offers modern comforts of air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and high-speed internet. The lodge has infrared cameras placed around the watering hole, you can receive notifications on your bedroom television when animals are approaching. This lovely tented camp overlooks the plains of central Serengeti, which makes for excellent game viewing. The camp is conveniently located and provides comfortable lodgings. It is located in an area which is rich in wildlife and the camp itself is characterised by wooden decks and Acacia Trees. The rooms are comfortably furnished with all necessary amenities as well as the iconic ‘Safari bucket shower’. Kubu Kubu is the latest addition to the portfolio of properties of Tanganyika Wilderness Camps.
