3 Days: Lodge Safari
OVERVIEW
Explore much of what Tanzania has to offer by visiting some of the most beautiful parks in the region. First, explore Tarangire national park, known for its’ splendid Baobab trees and herbivore population, where you are able to enjoy magnificent views of zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, elephants, lion and leopard. From there, continue on to the Ngorongoro Crater, where if your lucky, you’ll be able to get a glimpse of hippos, as well as some of the infamous predators in the region. Finally, enjoy Lake Manyara, a shallow body of water in the Rift Valley known for its baboons, flamingos and incredible scenery.

FULL ITINERARY
Arrive in Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport, you will be met by our Herbivores Expeditions representative and transferred to your hotel ready to start your safari in the morning.
Meals: Bed & Breakfast
Day 1: Arusha to Ngorongoro
After breakfast we drive to Ngorongoro for game drive in the crater, lunch box served in the park and in the evening we drive to the crater rim for Dinner and overnight at Marera Valley Karatu

Day 2: Ngorongoro to Manyara
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National park for full day game viewing. The lake attract hundreds of birds species, your are likely to see flamingo, pelican, grebe, geese and more water loving birds. In high vegetation near the park entrance gate baboon, and blue monkey you may encounter to see. Elephant, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, warthog and hippo can be seen. Our driver (guide) will recommend us where to rest in order to open our lunch boxes while meditating the beautiful crater we have left behind.
Dinner and Overnight at Nsya Lodge Manyara
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch & Dinner
Day 3: Manyara to Tarangire to Arusha
After breakfast, we leave to Tarangire for full day game drive, picnic lunch served in the park and in the evening we leave to Arusha.
Note: You may need one more day to enjoy fully the Tarangire NP, so if you choose for one more day this will make it a 4 days safari. Where you will have a half day in day 3 and another half day in day for before coming back to Arusha
